Asterix and Obelix, accompanied by all the men of the village, compete in the Olympic Games. They make all the Romans take the magic potion, arriving together at the finish line, with Asterix trailing behind.
The movie follows Asterix and Obelix as they try to win the Olympic Games in order for their friend, Alafolix to win the hand of Greek Princess Irina in marriage. In the meanwhile, Brutus sets up several conspiracies against Caesar, without much success but with hilarious results.
