Feb 22, 2023 · There are many interesting sights to see as you cross the estate – the beaming white Culham Chapel, the unusual sculptures by the Court, and the fairytale-esque roundhouse cottage nestled at the foot of a slope. As you near the River, the footpath joins up to the Thames Path for easy access into Henley.
Henley is an easy town to walk around and there are some attractive short walks along the River Thames. If you’re feeling more energetic it is easy to get into the surrounding hills and woods for much longer treks to country pubs. Henley also features on the Thames Path and makes an ideal stopping point for refreshments or an overnight stay.
