In the heart of the Delaware Valley, located just minutes from Philadelphia, you’ll find the flourishing community of Willingboro, New Jersey. A township abounding in parks and playgrounds, lakes and nature preserves, Willingboro is a true oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of southern New Jersey.
In 1798, the township received a new charter from the state of New Jersey and was incorporated as Wellingborough Township. During the 19th century, the township maintained a stable population, as shown by the yearly voting records that listed less than 100 voters.
Located in Burlington County, NJ, the Township of Willingboro encompasses 7.8 square miles and is bordered by Route 130 on the North, Rancocas Creek on the west, Westampton Township on the south, and Burlington Township on the east. A Naturally Better Place To Be.
