  4. Omega Doom is one of the worst science fiction movies I have ever seen. It's extremely low budget, which isn't necessarily a bad thing but, the financial limitations of the movie means most of it is dialogue for exposition. This also wouldn't be terrible if the writing was good but, it's not. Everything about this movie is slow, cheesy, and cliche.

It is one of the more pretentious sci-fi films I've seen, but where it does succeed is as a post-apocalyptic indie tortured artist drama. The movie makes about as much sense as that description.
