Dec 7, 2006 · John Gary was a first rate singer, with a fine lyric tenor voice, which had a fluid extension which allowed him to slip seamlessly into his falsetto (or very high) voice. This vocal skill, used in pop, but especially in classical vocal music, defined his style, which was ultra lyrical, melodic, articulated, lush and lovely.
