Hammer was awarded to the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Second Team this spring as well, marking her third season in a row receiving All-Conference Honors. In the circle, Hammer posted an 11-5 record in 127.1 innings pitched.

Connor Callahan enters his fifth year as the school's head cross country and track and field coach after starting on July 17, 2018. Before coming back to ODU, the former Ohio Dominican cross country and track standout was an assistant coach at Division II Saint Leo University in Florida.

Located next to the softball field is the hitting facility. The hitting facility provides the teams a place to refine their skills through the harsh Central Ohio late-winter and early-spring.
May 10, 2024 · NASHVILLE, Tenn. – On day two of the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional, the Ohio Dominican softball team started the day taking on #7 Northwood before ending it with #6 Grand Valley State. The Panthers won game one, 3-0, and lost game two, 4-1. Leading the way for the day was Gracie Jo Thompson (Ashville, Ohio) going 3-5 from the plate.

May 10, 2024 · Derek Bolander (Oregon, Ohio), CJ Dean (Columbus, Ohio), Lane Marshall (Wooster, Ohio) and Jack Mathey (Copley, Ohio) all were selected in the postseason awards. Bolander earned his third appearance on the All-Conference Second Team (2021, 2022, 2024). He led the Panthers with a 3.16 earned run average over 37 innings (15 appearances/2 starts).
