May 9, 2024 · Bloodthirst can be exchanged for any other GCD in the macro, including Raging Blow, Whirlwind, Slam, and so on, with the 0.7s reset allowing zero cooldown abilities such as Raging Blow or Whirlwind to be spammed twice in extremely high haste situations.
May 7, 2024 · With the full Season 4 set bonus, Bloodthirst becomes more important but is still only used periodically to apply Cold Steel, Hot Blood rather than strictly on cooldown. To facilitate this, use the Bloodthirst Crit Tracker WeakAura to help time Bloodthirst casts when they will have a 100% chance to crit and guarantee debuff application.
