Hank orders his cult to spare Ricky, but to kill the rest for their explicit opposition to his aims. The slummers are massacred.
May 17, 2024 · Meyer, a gate Keeper stationed near a gate leading from Lowtown to Midotwn, is seen receiving a delivery of some sort from the Gruff Man. He later catches Ricky on the wrong side of the gate. He threatens the printer’s apprentice with corporal punishment should he be caught without proper papers again, and apparently has the authority to do so.
6 days ago · Makers. The Cogency is one of the branches of the Institution. Its officers are called Makers. The Maker in the opening sequence’s Wilderness expedition is the squadron’s navigator. He is distinguished from the Keepers by his brown uniform, being unarmed, lacking a bandolier, and of course being called “Maker” by the expedition’s captain.
