This is a very small but very friendly designed station. There is an information kiosk when you enter the station to guide you where and how to go in Lake Como. The staff was very useful and friendly. I benefit a lot from the map and information received.
May 8, 2019 · Como S. Giovanni and Como Nord Lago are the two main stations: both are very close to the city center and connect Como to Milan in about one hour. Outside the stations you will find bus and taxi services , so you can easily reach your accommodation.
Both the Regionale and the slightly faster EuroCity trains offer the route between Milano Centrale station and Como San Giovanni station. The trip can take as little as 36 minutes on the EuroCity, and up to 49 minutes on the Regionale trains.
