This document will guide first-time users through the electronic plan review (EPR) process for residential buildings. Two online systems are used to complete the steps in the EPR process: ILMS Customer Portal (iPermits) and ProjectDox®. iPermits is used for the completion of permit applications, address verifications and payments.
