Mar 24, 2016 · The War Wagon is not one of the worst and it tries very hard to be jaunty, but it can’t disguise the bags under its eyes. John Wayne gives another variation on his Rio Bravo character, Kirk Douglas plays another cocky Kirk Douglas character – nothing wrong with that except they’ve done it better before.
