  4. Judging by his output in the 13 years since District 9, Blomkamp was a one hit wonder. Rather leave this sci-fi classic alone instead of adding on to it with a desperate cashgrab after the rest of his career went nowhere. If there was an actual good story to tell here I can't imagine it wouldn't have happened by now.
