The band's final album, the Don Smith-produced Slippage saw release in mid-2002, and they played their last show in Denton in 2004. Best, Barr, and Harper went on to form a group called the Drams. The retrospective Bees and Seas: The Best of Slobberbone was issued by New West Records in 2016.
