There has been a proliferation of these programs in the past decade and most are low quality. Some of the best programs are the ones that have been around the longest. Northwestern, NC State, MIT, Stanford, UC Berkeley, NYU and CMU are all excellent. DS masters programs are mostly university cash grabs.
