May 2016 • Couples. Ferrell Center is home to the Baylor University Basketball teams. The arena seats about 10,000 people. Parking can be tricky is other events are going on, ie baseball, softball or tennis. The arena is in need of some updates but overall is clean, comfortable and easy to navigate.
