I'm biased (its my name), but I've always adored it. I love "ana" names in general, love the meaning (fairy princess), & I've only met one other Tatiana. I'm of Russian heritage, but was born in the US--its definitely FAR more common in Russia! I found people on the coasts have no trouble pronouncing it, but Midwest folks struggle a bit.
