Don't ever buy online from Menards. Nothing in my order shipped or was received by me. Email communication about order status doesn't exist. Online customer service is a joke - it doesn't exist. 3-4 emails over the course of 1 week - 1 reply 6 days after I sent it.

The way they are set up, there is absolutely no respect for a contractors time. The customer service is maybe a 2 out of 10. I live south of Belleveue off 75 and can drive to Lowe's or hHome Depot in Papillon purchase and load my materials and be back on a job in my neighborhood quicker than picking it up at Menards. Just saying!!
