The first was a solo album, Lotte Lenya Sings Berlin Theatre Songs by Kurt Weill, released in November 1955. She then made a recording of The Seven Deadly Sins released in March 1957, followed by a studio cast recording of Rise and Fall of the City of Mahagonny released in 1958.
