After a rough day a businessman, Cole Hauser, gets smashed at a bar and befriends a stranger, Cuba Gooding Jr., he then lists all of the people that have wronged him lately. The next day he finds out that stranger is a maniacal awol government assassin who takes it upon himself to kill all of those people.
