The ambiance of the Ogden location retains much of the original El Matador. Because the booth upholstery is red, it works with the Red Fort name. The walls are a bit spartan. We ordered the vegetable pakora, garlic naan, butter chicken, and Rogan Josh. The pakora was very much like a fritter, and ate heavy as a result.
