Thomas West, 2nd and 11th Baron De La Warr (c. 1556 – 24 March 1601/1602) was a member of Queen Elizabeth I's Privy Council and High Sheriff of Hampshire. Thomas was the only son of William West, 1st Baron De La Warr and Lady Elizabeth Strange, who had been created Baron De La Warr in 1597 by letters patent.

The 5th baron's half-sister Joan married Thomas West, 1st Lord West, and in 1415 her second son Reginald succeeded his brother Thomas as 3rd Lord West. After the death of his uncle Thomas, 5th Baron de La Warr, whose estates he inherited, Reginald was summoned to parliament as Baron La Warr, and he is thus the second founder of the family.
