Hi. the park is a public park open all day, so there are toilets and changing area for children changing rooms and towel hire. Its part of the KLCC suria mall/Petronas Towers complex, and is a wonderful place to walk round with some fascinating sculptures, and offers excellent photo shots of the towers.
