May 2, 2022 · Ric Parnell was a member of Atomic Rooster in the early 70s and performed on two studio albums - 'Made in England' (1972) and 'Nice 'n' Greasy' (1973). He worked with an array of artists and drummed on Toni Basil's ubiquitous one-hit wonder 'Mickey' before his big break in Rob Reiner's seminal rock mockumentary This Is Spinal Tap.
