May 24, 2022 · I have to admit that when Trekkies came out in 1997, I thought trekkies were pitiful, lost souls. Watching the movie again, unintentionally on the eve of the anniversary of the debut of the original series, I see it in a whole new light. Watch it with your kids. And, uh, live long and prosper;-)

Meine Highlights sind hierbei die Bauten, z.B. Kommandobrücken (als Amateur-Filmsets) und Wohnungen im Stil von Raumschiff-Interieurs. Insgesamt ist "Trekkies 2" genau wie der erste Teil teilweise interessant und teilweise etwas langweilig und sogar ein bisschen nervig.

TREKKIES 2 is actually the better of the movies with convention and fan footage from around the world, including local fan-run convention Shore Leave. All in all, it's quite an interesting take on the Trek phenomenon and certainly worth a look!
