Thimo Willems (born 9 February 1996) is a Belgian racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team VolkerWessels Cycling Team. In April 2019, he won the mountains classification at the 2019 Presidential Tour of Turkey .
Thimo was a younger son of Margrave Theodoric II, Margrave of Lower Lusatia and his wife Mathilda, a daughter of Margrave Eckard I of Meissen. When his father was killed in 1034, Thimo succeeded him in his Wettin and Brehna home territories. He also served as Vogt (bailiff) of the Naumburg diocese and of the Wettin family monastery in Gerbstedt .

He was the second Meissener margrave of the House of Wettin. He was initially under the regency of first his mother and after her death in 1117 under his great uncle Thimo. He died young and without children in 1123. His lands were inherited by his half-sister Richenza of Northeim.
