Jun 8, 2021 · Appointed to the Manchester Community Library Board in 2020, Fran Fauver serves on the Governance and Finance Committees. Fran moved to Vermont from Chatham, New Jersey in 2018 where she and her husband Chip resided for thirty years. Fran received a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross.
