The two EP's which were released in 2014 and 2020 however were already showing Carcass would now expand on their reunion sound. Slightly more hardrock riffs and doom. resulting in two EP's I found rather unbalanced. 8 years after Surgical Steel, the band have now become an even more melodic version of themselves.
