Britney Spears is often refered to the modern younger Madonna and I guess this comparison fits pretty good. She has made many very catch hits over the decade and this Essential compilation is a very good overview of this. I personally always liked the technoid electric undertone that many of her compositions, especially the 2003-2007 era, had.
