It takes place a year or more after Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 7, with no influence or plotlines from the comics. It borrows minor dialogue from various BtVS episodes; particularly Grave [S6:E22] and Beneath You [S7:E2]. Also contains snippets of Lugandan and Swahili, with apologies for non-native speaker errors. Not beta’ed.
