  1. Theranos used known malfunctioning devices and techniques to diagnose real people, finding conditions they didn't have and failing to find conditions they did have. Anybody who does that IMHO should be prosecuted for reckless endangerment and go straight to prison for two years for every person they misdiagnosed.
