Actually, they were played by two guys -- Armie Hammer and Josh Pence. Hammer's face was superimposed over Pence's, as David Fincher decided Hammer most closely resembled the real Winklevoss twins. Pence actually makes a seperate appearance in the film though, in the part right after Mark and Eduardo fool around with the girls in the bathroom.
