Jul 23, 2016 · I identified the cause was due to a Photo Email attempting to get sent using Windows Live Mail (WLM). The user did not have a OneDrive account. Because the Photo Email requires OneDrive and the email in question was the oldest of the items in the sent box, immediately WLM got hung up on it.
