Married five times, Henry Fonda co-starred with son Peter Fonda in "Wanda Nevada" (1979) and daughter Jane Fonda in "On Golden Pond" (1981), with the latter film also starring Katharine Hepburn. After being awarded an honorary Oscar the year before, he won the Best Actor Academy Award for "On Golden Pond," but was too sick to attend the ceremony.
