I rarely stay in motels and many of those experiences have been less than pleasant. Yankee Clipper is an exception. The rooms are impeccably clean and upgraded. The furniture and flooring was similar to what you find in recently updated hotels. I had a small dog and the fee was only $20 and they did not hassle me or have me sign a waiver.
