" Game over " is a message in video games which informs the player that their play session has ended, usually because the player has reached a loss condition. A Game Over occurs if the player chooses not to continue if the number of lives remaining is greater than zero, or if the HP bar is depleted when the number of lives is zero. If the latter occurs, they are automatically given three lives when sent back to the world map.
