After his son Frank McKlusky (Dave Sheridan) and Frank's mom (Dolly Parton) get scammed in an insurance fraud, young Frank grows up to become a claims inspector, vowing to protect the innocent from scams big and small.
There are few unfunny attempts at humor, but mostly hilarious. Frank McClusky is an insurance fraud investigator looking for the person who murdered his partner. He uses disguise after disguise and gets into some odd and funny situations in his quest. I have showed this film to a couple of friends.
