Special Delivery gives you a very intense action movie with believable storyline and great performances from the actors. Yes, the movie is imperfect such as building up of the chemistry between the driver and the child is a bit too fast and there are some questions on the corrupted cops that leave unanswered but the movie is very much enjoyable.
Special Delivery, really isn't that special but its not "bad" either. This film is a by the numbers action, crime proposition, that works competently enough but does nothing, that really sets it apart, either. Well perhaps, having a female lead but then that's not all that special, these days.

The movie has a really strong first act, and it does not stop there. The soundtrack, must be pointed out, as it gives you the correct adrenaline making getting into it even more. If i gave stars, i would give 20 out of 5. This is how you should direct, write , produce movies. Take lessons from this movie.
