Baron Patrick Nothomb (24 May 1936 – 17 March 2020) was a Belgian diplomat. [1] Biography. Nothomb earned a doctorate in law from the Université catholique de Louvain in 1957. He served as a Belgian diplomat from 1960 to 2001.
