Lila Elaine McCann (born December 4, 1981 in Steilacoom, Washington) is a successful country music artist. McCann recorded "Down came a Blackbird" while she was a freshman in high school, she gave her demo to her manager and she soon after signed with Elektra Records. She came out with her first album, titled Lila in 1997.
