Geography. Camden School For Girls has a long and proud tradition in Geography. Alumnus Eva Germaine Rimington Taylor (1879–1966) was the first woman to hold an Academic Chair of Geography in the United Kingdom. From 1908 to 1910 she acted as research assistant to A J Herbertson, head of the Oxford Geography School.

Camden School for Girls is one of the few remaining maintained schools to offer the full range of classical subjects; Classical Civilization, Latin and Ancient Greek. Key Stage 4 – Years 10 and 11 In Years 10 and 11 students follow a rich programme of core and optional subjects.
Some courses have specific requirements (details for each subject here ). To study Further Maths students must be predicted a minimum of grade 7 in mathematics.
