We put heavy wire bands around the boiler, made "T" shaped wire clamps, and installed rings of calcium silicate blocks.
1 day ago · The CN Manitouage Subdivision ran from Hillsport (junction with the Caramat Sub.) to Manitouage, a distance of 21.4 miles. It was abandoned in 1994, per CTC Order #1994-R-236. Whether or not the roadbed is still passable is a big question, but at least rails wouldn't be in the way.
22 hours ago · However, the paint would be the correct single green color for 1158 and 1341. 1158 is a class PBn 84-seat bare-bones suburban car that was built with a single-deck* (arch) roof. It would have always been painted the same shade of green as the RRMPA MU car. 1341 is an older PBm coach with 78 seats.

May 27, 2024 · The St. Louis Iron Mountain & Southern Railway has just announced, through their Facebook page, that they are hoping to get #5 running again, and they are looking for some financial assistance both to get the ball rolling (to see what all needs to be done to #5 to get her running again) and then to restore her back to operating condition.
