It is not about third party downloads from servers. Nvidia filters after VAC update are now third party software and it's automatically blocked but you still can use them in untrusted mode. Valve ruined it all. I never said it was for downloads. it does not make sense it is for a client. I can load 3rd party software now and start cs:go just fine.
