I use Nero, set up the album folders into the root directory, and drop the songs into the appropriate folders. Then you burn away, as a data CD.

The program function is an essential feature and any player without it is inferior. I use it all the time and have been doing so since my first player in the 90's which was so basic all it displayed was the track number. Players without it are fit for for the bin. Even on my mix CD's I use it to program the sequence.
