ACES is your official access point to student resources and information. Once accepted to Alamo Colleges, all students are given a banner id number and official Alamo Colleges e-mail. Through ACES you can: Register for classes. Review your Financial Aid status. Check your official Alamo Colleges E-mail. Look at the class schedule and more!
The Alamo Colleges District uses ACES as the online student portal for all of your information and can be accessed at aces.alamo.edu. You will receive your ACES login information via email within 3-5 days of submitting your ApplyTexas application. Be sure to complete the AlamoENROLL GoFAARR and Test Prep modules located in the "Start Here" tab.
Alamo Colleges currently uses a student record system called Banner in addition to the portal system call ACES (Alamo Colleges Educational Services). Students will login to the ACES portal to access Banner Student Self-Services to register for classes. For detail information on the registering process, go to Future Students.
The IRS requires that we provide a 1098-T form to you for your use in completing IRS form 8863. The Alamo College District will report amounts billed for qualified tuition and related expenses applicable to the 1098-T.
