If you are unable to pickpocket them because someone may see you, then "lure" them away from a crowded area or find a Villager in an empty area. 2nd Villager - Go back to Rashid the Operator and ask for advice. He will tell you to distract them in order to pickpocket them.

Over the course of the conversation, you’ll learn that his nephew – also named Ali – has gone missing in the desert town of Pollnivneach. He tasks you with tracking him down.

The Feud. Ratcatchers. Ali Morrisane is a greedy, cunning and (in)famous Pollnivnian merchant who is always on the lookout for new business opportunities. He is located on the market in north-eastern part of Al Kharid not far from the cactus patch. He will often sell useless junk to players without the player's consent.
