This is my ranking of the episodes in season 4. I stared with the worst season. I know some of these takes are unpopular. 13th - Advanced Introduction to Finality. Darkest timeline finale. Poorly written episode. I think the season 3 finale was a good way to wrap up the dark timeline stuff. 12th - Alternative History of the German Invasion.

Season 4 is still decent television. It's just not good Community. The characters no longer have the depth, growth or consistency they had in the first few seasons. References seem more nonsensical and forced. It's worth watching if you want to catch the handful of references to it in season 5.
Season 4 was a childish cartoon version of a show that was previously (for the most part) grounded in reality with realistic characters. While the writers truly tried to break new ground and do amazing things, the concepts ultimately failed to live up to anything. They were sloppy, lazy, and most of all entertaining.
