Though the writer of Multiplicity isn't credited, this show is a take on the same story of a guy who gets cloned, and his better clone goes to work for him while he stays at home, and complications arise.
Compare it with a series with similarly out-there premises, like Maniac or Dispatches From Elsewhere. They had solid premises but also pushed to be interesting in other ways, using clever narrative techniques and stylish filming. But Living with Yourself feels very rote in its presentation.
