Apr 2024 • Friends. Whether you’re a local or just spending a weekend in Belfast, St. George’s Market is a great option for something to do on a Sunday. The market is open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but I’d say it’s a particularly good option on Sundays when Belfast is relatively empty and quiet.
Belfast pretty quiet on a July Saturday morning. The streets eirily empty save the occassional car driving by playing loud music. St George Market had a good selection of local coffee and breakfast stalls as well as a good fish market. Belfast painted art and photograghy focused on belfast, giants causeway, dark hedges, and murals.
