Unlike many women of her time, Katharine pursued higher education and graduated from Oberlin College in 1898. She later worked as a schoolteacher and became a highly respected figure in her community.

I understand why the author wrote the book this way, although there were times where it seemed there was too much (unnecessary) jumping around between these siblings. Katharine, The Wright Sister has 448 pages, the book seemed (maybe) a little too long in parts.
