Solo drivers can use the E-ZPass standard transponders, or the E-ZPass Flex switched to "HOV-OFF," and pay the toll to use the Express Lanes. When two or more people are in the vehicle, switch the E-ZPass Flex transponder to "HOV-ON" and use the Express Lanes for toll-free.
